Food Business, Factory & Freezer Vessel Approval Application

Under EU and Irish legislation, particular categories of seafood establishments (those handling or processing fishery products and live bivalve molluscs) and freezer or factory vessels are required to be approved by the Sea-Fisheries Protection Authority (SFPA). 

Application form for approval may be downloaded from the link below. The approval application form can then be completed and submitted together with the application fee to the following address or by email:
