The North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission (NEAFC)

At its annual meeting on 15 November 2006, in accordance with Article 8 of the convention, the North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission (NEAFC) adopted a recommendation on a scheme of control and enforcement. 

The Scheme was amended by the NEAFC's 34th annual meeting in November 2015. The current text describes the rules binding contracting parties from 4 February 2016 onwards. More information can be found at the links below.
